HartCasa recognizes and values the right to privacy and protection of personal data of everyone with whom we collaborate and contact.
This Privacy Policy therefore reflects our commitment, describing how we collect, use, process and safeguard personal data, as well as the mechanisms we put at your disposal to exercise your rights over them, and, in doing so, you, how we fulfill our legal obligations towards you. This applies to personal data related to the services we provide to our CUSTOMERS, those necessary to ensure the functioning of the relationship with our SUPPLIERS and those obtained from our POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS, which will be treated and protected in accordance with the new General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679).
The personal data that we keep are for the exclusive use of the services we provide and will not be shared with other entities without a free, explicit, informed expression of will and through a positive act on the part of its holder, except in contracted processing activities or to comply with legal obligations. We further emphasize that this Privacy Policy is subject to change.

What kind of personal data do we collect
If you are our CUSTOMER, please be aware that we need to collect and use information about you or people in your organization as part of our provision of services.
If you are our SUPPLIER, know that we need some information to ensure the relationship with your organization so that it runs smoothly. This batch of data includes the data of your organization's people in order to ensure effective and efficient communication, as well as fiscal and banking data to ensure correct and legal transactions between the parties.
If you are a POTENTIAL CUSTOMER, please be aware that we may collect some information about you to help you address your business or particular needs, in accordance with our portfolio of services.
Generally speaking, some of the personal data we collect are strictly necessary for a full compliance with our contractual obligations. Therefore, if there is a refusal to provide us with part or all of that data, we may not be able to fulfill our contractual obligations. In extreme cases, it may not be possible to maintain and continue our relationship.

Whether you are a CUSTOMER, SUPPLIER or POTENTIAL CUSTOMER, according to each situation, know the main ways of collecting personal data. There are the following main ways in which we collect your personal data:

- Acquisition of Contact Databases from Accredited Entities;
- Supply by a common Partner.
Use of your personal data
If you are our CUSTOMER, know that the use of your information is solely intended to ensure the contractual conditions with you and thus maintain a healthy and transparent relationship, without prejudice to compliance with legal obligations.
Typically, we use your contact details for exclusive use in the business and contractual relationship with you.
If you are our SUPPLIER, it is important to know that the use of your information has the exclusive purpose of ensuring the contractual conditions with your organization and thus maintaining a healthy and transparent relationship, without prejudice to compliance with legal obligations.
If you are a POTENTIAL CUSTOMER, be aware that the information we collect about you will be used exclusively to send technical and commercial information about HartCasa and our products and/or services.
Exceptionally, in situations of litigation, communications with us may be incorporated into the investigation processes that may be necessary to carry out.
Safeguarding your Personal Data
As stated above, the protection of your information is important to HartCasa . Therefore, we are committed to taking all reasonable and appropriate measures to protect the personal information we possess, whether from misuse, loss, or unauthorized access. We do this through a mix of technical and organizational measures that we consider adequate and proportionate.
Retention Time of your Personal Data
Personal data related to the contacts of our CUSTOMERS, SUPPLIERS or POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS will be kept until they are asked to be deleted, without prejudice to the tax, legal or regulatory requirements in force, or the rights that assist us during the early termination of contracts or of litigation.
Form of access, alteration or deletion

By definition of the new Regulation, citizens have a set of rights over their personal data, regardless of whether or not they are in the possession of someone else. If you need any further clarification to that stipulated in this Policy, you can contact HartCasa's Personal Data Officer (EPD). We will endeavor to handle your order without undue delay and always in compliance with applicable legal requirements. From time to time, we may need to keep a record of your communications.
Below we describe how we will act in response to your requests for the various cases provided for:

Right to object: if we are using your data because we believe this is necessary and you do not agree, you have the right to object. We will respond to your request within 30 days (although in certain cases we may be allowed to extend this period). We may fulfill your order or, in addition, we may ask you to verify your identity or ask for more information about your order. The first order is free, the following ones may require an appropriate fee.
