Cookies Policy and
Other Tracking Technologies
The Policy on cookies and other tracking technologies regulates the processing of data, including personal data, of users ("Users" or "Users"), collected in connection with the use of HartCasa's websites and applications through cookies.
This Policy on Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy.
Cookies
Like most websites and applications, in order for them to function correctly, we may occasionally install small files called cookies or connection cookies on your computer or mobile device.
HartCasa uses cookies and other similar tracking technologies to distinguish you from other users when using websites or applications.
These technologies help to provide you with a better experience whenever you browse our website or available applications, allowing us to improve the website or application itself and provide the user with more personalized access.
Cookies - What are they?
Cookies are small information files that are stored on your computer or mobile device via your browser (browser).
These files allow for a certain period of time the website or application to “remember” your actions and preferences, namely the username, the chosen language, the character size and other display settings.
That's why when you browse the pages of a website or application or return to a website or application that you've already visited, you don't, in principle, have to re-enter your preferences.
Cookies - What are they for?
The cookie identifies your browser on the server, enabling the storage of information on your device. This technology serves several purposes, such as helping to determine the usefulness, interest and number of uses of our websites or applications, allowing the user to browse faster and more efficiently, eliminating the need to repeatedly enter the same information.
Most browsers are set to accept cookies, although it is possible to configure the browser to refuse all cookies (see below), or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.
When you browse the website or application and the cookie is accepted, on the next visit to the website or application our internet server will recognize your computer or mobile device.
Thus, when you browse the pages of a website or application or return to a website or application that you have already visited, and for which you have given your consent to the use of cookies, you do not, in principle, have to re-indicate your preferences or the enter data that you had previously provided.
Cookies - What type of cookies are there?
There are different types of cookies.
Considering the lifetime of cookies, these can be:
• Permanent cookies - these are cookies that are stored, even after closing the browser, on your access devices (Personal Computer or PC, mobile phone or smartphone and tablet) and which are used whenever you visit one of ours again websites or applications. They are generally used to direct navigation to the user's interests, allowing us to provide a more personalized service.
• Session cookies - these are temporary cookies that remain in your browser's cookie file until you leave the website or application. The information obtained by these cookies is used to analyze traffic patterns on the web, allowing us to identify problems and provide a better browsing experience.
Considering, in turn, the domain to which they belong, cookies can be:
• own cookies – cookies sent to the user's terminal equipment from a device or domain managed by HartCasa and from which the service requested by the user is provided.
• third-party cookies – cookies sent to the user's terminal equipment from a device or domain that is not managed by HartCasa, but rather by another entity that handles the data collected through cookies.
